To make sure your questions and needs are handled efficiently, we use a Support Ticket System. Here’s how it works:
- Every request gets its own unique ticket number, which you can use to track progress and responses online.
- You’ll have full access to your support history and archives.
- A personal email address is required to submit a ticket.

Once your account is active, use the dropdown menus to select the correct AFA Committee, submit your request, and a rep from your base will be in touch within 24–48 hours.
