Welcome to the Association of Flight Attendants–CWA at Frontier Airlines. During Pride Month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQ+ members and allies throughout our union family. We remain committed to fostering a workplace and community where everyone is respected, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.

Our Support Ticket System

Every request you submit generates a unique ticket number, ensuring timely responses and clear communication. You will also have access to your complete support history. Please use your personal email address when submitting.

Register for an Account

Once your account is active, select the appropriate AFA Committee, submit your request, and a representative from your base will respond within 24–48 hours.
